FULL BODY WORKOUT

Ignite your entire body with this powerful, results-driven strength training class designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and boost overall fitness. Full Body Strength targets all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

LIFT IN MOTION

Our dynamic strength-training class that blends traditional compound lifts with controlled, intentional movement. Using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, and functional training tools, this class focuses on developing full-body power, stability, and mobility.

UPPER BODY + SHREDBOX

Define and tone your arms, shoulders, chest, and back in this focused strength-training class designed to fire up your entire upper body. Using a mix of dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises, Upper Body Burn delivers targeted movements to build lean muscle, improve posture, and boost upper body strength then completing with a Cardio Boxing at the end for extra calorie burn.

Expect high-rep sets, isolation work, and burn-out rounds that challenge your endurance and leave your arms feeling the pump. Perfect for all fitness levels, with options to modify or level up as you go.

BBL (booty, burn & lift)

Fire up those glutes and sculpt a stronger, rounder backside! Booty Burn & Lift is a targeted lower-body workout that focuses on activating, strengthening, and lifting your glutes, hips, and legs.

STRONG CORE

Designed to strengthen the muscles that support your posture, balance, and everyday movement. Through a dynamic blend of targeted core exercises, controlled functional movements, and mindful stability work, this class challenges your abdominals, obliques, lower back, and glutes to create a strong, resilient foundation.


Expect a mix of bodyweight training, light resistance, and intentional breathwork that helps you move with precision and control. Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, or simply looking to improve your overall strength, Strong Core will leave you feeling more aligned, powerful, and supported from the inside out.
