Our 30-min workouts are quick and effective way to help you burn fat, gain muscle and tone up!

We cater to your busy schedules as we have classes as early as 6am and as late as 7:30pm, with private and semi-private strength training or pilates sessions.

Train with 1-7 people with a structured program catered for you to build muscle, lose fat and get stronger but with lower cost than the 1:1 private session.
